Murraya Paniculata (Mock Organge)
The ever-faithful, and popular Murraya is an easy choice for hedging and screening in your low-maintenance garden. A versatile plant that provides privacy with its dense foliage, and laden with heavily Jasmine-perfumed flowers. Regular pruning will transform this plant into a medium/tall size shrub or hedge, creating a lush screen of green. Murraya paniculata are a part of the citrus family (Rutaceae) which explains why they are commonly referred to as ‘Mock Orange’ or ‘Orange Jasmine’. Fun fact: Murraya Paniculata is native to Far North Queensland!

Watering frequency: Water frequently when first planted to establish. Applying a layer of organic mulch around the base of the plant will help retain soil moisture.
